During the day you will experience a different way of looking yourselves, each other, your own activation and others and what part that has to play in building an effective group environment with clear communication strategies and resilient, emotionally intelligent, bonded teams. You will also experience first hand what it is like to do some basic Equine Facilitated Coaching exercises – it’s an experiential day!
