Trauma-informed care meets somatic therapy

We combine neuroscience-informed and trauma-responsive care with somatic & body-based therapy.

We incorporate gentle, rhythmic, naturally occurring bilateral stimulation through:

  • Walking beside a horse at a bilateral pace
  • Mindful left-right movements during grounding exercises
  • Sensory bilateral activities using tactile tools

  • Visual bilateral tracking using the horse’s movement and environment
