(“Equine Therapy Center CIC”), a Community Interest Company (registered number 9938899) practising Equine Facilitated Therapy and Natural Horsemanship

Equine Therapy Center CIC uses the term “Facilitator” to refer to a member of the therapeutic team or an employee or consultant of equivalent standing and qualification. A list of the individual team members of Equine Therapy Center who are designated as Facilitators is open to inspection at its operational trading office, Bewitching Wind Farm, Croes-Y-Pant Lane, Mamhilad, Monmouthshire NP4 8RQ

The Equine Therapy Center CIC maintains professional indemnity insurance underwritten by Accelerant Insurance Europe SA a company registered in Belgium (Company number 0758.632.842) with registered office at Bastion Tower, Level 20, Place du Champ de Mars 5, 1050 Brussels. Accelerant Insurance Europe SA is an insurance company authorised by the National Bank of Belgium and regulated by the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) (Ref. 3193). This insurance covers all of our liability practices for acts or omissions wherever we are in the UK. Our individual therapists also hold their own insurance covers.

Communications with us may be monitored or recorded to assist in the improvement of our services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we use the information which we may collect through the Equine Therapy Center website (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms.

3.3 Events Registration: To register as a delegate for an event you must complete a registration form. This information enables us to process your enrolment online and contact you about the events for which you have expressed interest. You may also elect to provide demographic information (such as company name and position). Provision of such information enables us to provide you with a more personalized experience on our Website.

3.4 Job Applications & Volunteering: To apply for a position with Equine Therapy Center  you are required to give your contact information (name, address, email address and telephone number). This will trigger an email from us to you inviting you to send your curriculum vitae. Any information you send us for the purpose of a job application will be treated by us with the greatest care and for that purpose only.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you may request details of personal information that Equine Therapy Center  holds about you. If you wish to make a request please write to Equine Therapy Center CIC at the following address: Data Protection Compliance, Equine Therapy Center CIC, Bewitching Wind Farm, Croes-Y-Pant Lane, Mamhilad, Monmouthshire NP4 8RQ enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to “Equine Therapy Center CIC” in respect of the statutory fee. When writing to us, please state your name and postal address and provide brief details of the information that you require.

11.2 If you believe that any information Equine Therapy Center CIC holds about you is incorrect or incomplete please write to the Data Protection Compliance Officer at the above address and we will endeavour to correct any incorrect information as soon as possible.
