Working at board level for over 25 years in Human Resourcing, Jane is an experienced business person who is passionate about people, understands how they drive business performance and most importantly what support they need to thrive.
She runs her own business that specialises in nurturing growth for individuals, teams and businesses through Executive Coaching partnered with outsourced HR Consultancy services. She has personally experienced the power of equine therapy in leadership team development and individual therapy. She is also a volunteer youth coach.
Jane is a lifelong animal lover, having had ponies and horses in her early life, along with various cats and dogs. She is delighted to get the opportunity to use her knowledge and skills, combined with her love of horses in working with Nicky Amor and her dedicated team.
