|
Cost: £120
This is a one day workshop to explore why and how we work with horses to facilitate our learning and experiences.
Throughout the day participants will learn and experience how Equine Therapy can enhance our lives. Horses offer us the chance to explore authenticity through our relationship with them. They are non-judgemental and help us to be aware that when we are with them in the ‘present’ we can experience a rewarding relationship. Through self-regulation and mind and body awareness we can learn to embody the process of enhancing our lives so that we can learn to trust and fulfil our potential.
This one day workshop offers an introduction as to how and why Equine Therapy is so effective as well providing us with the ability to listen more to our body.
For more details please see Agenda…
During the day you will be provided with knowledge which will equip you with an understanding of:
- What equine facilitated psychotherapy is
- How it is used and the neuroscience behind it
- What type of clients can benefit from it
You will also experience first hand what it is like to do some basic EFP exercises – it’s an experiential day!
Drinks & Snacks will be provided.
