The leader of the herd

May is a Holstein, a tall, graceful horse who is leader of the herd, though sometimes a somewhat reluctant leader. She travelled from Germany, where she was a dressage horse in her previous life and has been part of the ETC team since our beginning in January 2016. Although she presents a strong image, May can be very soft, caring and is able to form deep emotional bonds.
